The agencies include the Department of Motor Vehicles, the California Air Resources Board, and The Bureau of Automotive Repair. These agencies fall under other state agencies, such as The California Environmental Protection Agency, The California Department of Consumer affairs, and so on. All information is considered accurate at the time it was posted; however the various agencies involved change their rules & regulations all the time. All information from the various agencies is the sole responsibility of that agency, whether quoted from their websites, other drafts, notes, seminars, and so on.
